Holiday Delivery Deadlines
For Halloween delivery, order by noon on 10/24 to guarantee delivery of in-stock items by 10/31. For Thanksgiving delivery, order by noon on 11/20 to guarantee delivery of in-stock items by 11/26. For orders placed after these deadlines, Rush Delivery is available for an additional charge. Guaranteed delivery is for in-stock items shipped via UPS within the continental United States.
Standard Delivery
All items ship via UPS; PO Boxes will be shipped via United States Postal Service. Shipping charges are based on order total prior to gift-wrapping and sales tax charges, and include order processing, packaging, handling and shipping. A tracking number will be provided upon being shipped from Gesture. Prices reflected exclude Business Gift orders.
Rush Delivery
Orders placed by noon PST can be shipped by Federal Express or UPS to arrive the following business day. Federal Express and UPS require a street address for delivery; PO Boxes are not acceptable. Some heavy or bulky items may not qualify for rush delivery. Rush delivery is not available for orders shipped outside of the continental U.S. Please note that a signature is required on all Federal Express "Rush" shipments.
Delivery and Handling Charges
Delivery charges for orders shipped within the continental U.S. will be calculated automatically when you proceed to checkout.
Delivery and Handling Charge Exceptions
Some of the handcrafted and one-of-a-kind items require special packaging and shipping arrangements as well as additional insurance. These items are not subject to the standard delivery and handling charges noted above. Exceptions are noted on the product page, and the charge will be displayed when the item is added to your shopping bag.
Freight Surcharges
Heavy or oversize items may be subject to a surcharge in addition to the regular delivery and handling charges listed above. Any applicable freight surcharge will be displayed when you place the item in your shopping bag; in our catalog, the surcharge appears in parentheses after the item price.
Please note that furniture, dropship items and some heavy/oversized pieces cannot be expedited or gift boxed.
